Only a few days ago we talked about what the retail stores suffer customer dissatisfaction digital and how some pioneers are responding to the technological challenge. Burberry is definitely one of them, especially now as it prepares to launch the new 'Burberry Retail Theatre'.
To explain what is this new project we think the same Burberry Christopher Bailey, creative director of the label: 'We are really excited about the launch of' Burberry Retail Theatre 'which enables simultaneous transmission of virtual trunk show in our stores worldwide. This system allows us to transmit multiple global content directly in stores Burberry, creating a modern, absolutely true and in line with the brand. Customers in these stores during the events digital 'live' real-time clothes, music, energy and atmosphere and will have the exclusive opportunity to hear their orders in just seven weeks'.
The shop will become so in a multisensory, a real environment 'contaminated' by appilcazioni digital and virtual events where the customer has to interact for complete bid and exclusive use of the service. Burberry The Retail Theatre will debut next September 21 in 25 flagship stores worldwide, that will broadcast live-streaming the fashion show Spring / Summer 2011.
